At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear purchase. If your gown isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
